Mission: The mission of the Board of the Laurel Lake Condominium Association is to preserve and enhance the property of our subdivision by maintaining the common ground areas, and upholding our Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCR’s) and polices. The Board will serve the Homeowners by taking a fair, ethical and objective approach in representing the interest of all homeowners. Laurel Lake will be maintained as a safe, friendly, and enjoyable place to live for each homeowner and his/her respective family. Located inside the Walden Lake Master Association, parks, activities, and lakes make this a beautiful place to live.
